Meet the Team

---

Our Nursery Manager is Roz.  Roz has many years experience in Childcare and has been with Noah's since we opened.  Roz is also our SENCO, health and safety officer and DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead).

Our Baby Room supervisors are Jo, Beth and Asha. Jo has worked in our baby room for over 12 years and has been the Supervisor for over 10 years and is also our Deputy Manager on a Thursday and Friday.  In the baby room we also have Mel, Naomi, Ellisha and Beth.

Our Toddler Room supervisors are Sara and Trina. Sara has been with us since we opened and has been supervisor for over 10 years.  Alongside them we have Tiff, Debbie B, Jess, Rosi and Debra.

Our Pre-School room supervisors are Maggie and Vicki, alongside them is Sam as Deputy.  Maggie is also our ENCO (Equality named co-ordinator) and Nursery Deputy Manager.  Alongside them we have Vicki, Natasha (MIR Practitioner) and Karen.

In our office reception we have Kayleigh and Nicky.  Kayleigh joined the team in 2014 and Nicky has been a long standing team member of Noah's since we opened, originally Nicky was located in the Toddler Room but is now in the office.

Kitchen - In our Kitchen we have Sue & Gillian.  Sue has been with us at Noah's for over 12 years and has been providing the Children with nutritious and healthy hot meals since then. 

Extra staff/Bank staff - We have Emily & Debbie H who come in and help us to cover lunchtimes and to help us cover holidays/sickness etc.

Apprentices - Amelie and Amelia who are our nursery apprentices and work across all 3 rooms.

Students - We often have students across all 3 rooms from various colleges in the area, all students are DBS checked.

All of our staff are qualified to Level 2 upwards in Childcare and all staff hold a certificate in Paediatric first aid. 

Nicky is our Health and Safety Officer alongside Roz.  Rosi and Beth are our Fire Marshalls.

Roz, our SENCO has been with us since we opened.  SENCO stands for Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator.  

Roz is also our Nursery Manager, Health and Safety Officer and our Safeguarding Officer and plays a vital part and role within our Nursery.  More information regarding SEN is available on the next page.

Roz is our DSL Designated Safeguarding Lead, Sara is our DDSL Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead as well as Kayleigh.  Please see our Safeguarding page for more information.
